The most admired Chamber leaders are active in growing revenue to support their mission. The best make that role look like authentic leadership, not feel like sales. I'll teach you how.

I didn’t start my first company because I wanted to be a salesman. I started it because I had something I wanted to build. But survival meant I had to lead sales myself — my team saw it and knew their CEO was the tip of the spear for the company and their livelihood.
After I sold that company and joined the Colorado Chamber of Commerce, I realized the skills I’d learned didn’t just transfer over. The role of a chamber is different from the role of a vendor, and Chamber membership and foundation funding is far less tangible. It’s harder. I spent hundreds of hours figuring out an approach that actually works in that world — it’s different from what I was taught about selling. It’s more about alignment.
I learned that when a CEO carries the mission first — not a program, not a sponsorship package — company leaders respond differently. They’re no longer being asked for something; they’re being invited to align with someone leading something bigger than a transaction, and that puts the Chamber CEO on equal footing with the executives across the table, peer to peer.
I raised millions for the Chamber, and now I help other Chamber executives make that same shift — not by teaching them to sell, but by helping them engage as the champion of their mission.
We’ll be in this together and I’m confident you’ll be thrilled with what you learn. When we agree on a plan, you’ll pay part when we begin, and the rest only after you’ve achieved results worth at least twice the value of your investment.
The same alignment principle that works in fundraising conversations works with podcast guests. See how I turned ProCO360 into a $1 million revenue engine — and how your chamber's podcast can do the same.
